Technical Difficulties At JC.Com

We're in the process of sifting through some technical difficulties brought about by my reluctance to get my staff back to work following the Christmas weekend.  

In the meantime, here's a video we posted from a few weeks back that needs to be viewed again, if only to appreciate the fine acting performances of all involved.
